HOLLYWOOD, FL — The Southeast Produce Council Southern Exposure 2016 Produce in Paradise expo set sail March 2 with a sunset dinner cruise for the executive council and guests aboard the Venetian Lady in the tranquil waters of Florida's Intracoastal Waterway.

Our Maggie Giuffrida was along for the ride (in fact, she even got to pilot the yacht at one point) and talked with passengers and crew to get the inside scoop on the best of what's to come at the show.

The annual council dinner is the first official event of Southern Exposure 2016, which runs March 2-5 at the Diplomat Resort & Spa Hollywood. Next up in our SEPC 2016 video series: Complete coverage of the annual Tom Page Golf Classic, with reports from the Friday night gala, the Southern Roots Luncheon and the trade show floor to follow.
