Third annual OPS kicks off with opening reception, field tours

4MONTEREY, CA — The energy was high as the Organic Produce Summit kicked off July 11 with an opening reception at the newly refurbished Monterey Conference Center, here. The OPS drew more than 1,200 attendees and 130 exhibitors, with over 250 retailers representing nearly 100 different banners, who had the opportunity to network and learn about the latest trends pertaining to organic produce.
