Viva Fresh Expo another hit

ribbon-cuttingSAN ANTONIO, TX — The fourth annual Viva Fresh Expo was another smash success. This exposition and conference hosted 327 buyers from virtually all chain stores in North America and was also attended by 4,000 participants. Both were record-breaking numbers. Exhibitors expressed great satisfaction with the buyer traffic at booths.

The broad feeling is that the show is small enough to give everyone a chance to meet with customers and potential customers.

The meeting was held April 5-7 at the elegant J.W. Marriott Hill Country Resort & Spa, which is several miles north of San Antonio.

The event started April 5 with a golf tournament on the exclusive course at the Marriott.

There were networking events, complete with wonderful food and drinks, on the nights of April 5 and 6. The conference had seminars and discussion groups on April 5 and on the morning of April 6. The intense expo period ran from 11:30 a.m. until 4 p.m. on April 6.

The show will return to the same location April 25-27, 2019. The 2018 show spilled over to fill two-plus other hotels. It would be advisable to make Marriott reservations early for 2019.
