Bozzuto's holds 2018 trade show and awards gala

bozz5283MASHANTUCKET, CT -- Bozzuto's Inc. held its 2018 Independent Retailer Conference March 6-7 at Foxwoods, here, featuring its annual Excellence Awards gala as well as a trade show representing all areas of the supermarket, with fresh produce exhibitors from all over the country in attendance, as always.

Among the prestigious awards presented at the gala, Patty Moyano of Cirillo's Market in Amagansett, NY, was named Bozzuto's Inc.'s Produce Manager of the Year. The award was presented by Greg Veneziano, vice president of perishables at Bozzuto's.

Wholesale grocer Bozzuto's, headquartered in Cheshire, CT, was established in 1945 and is headed by Michael A. Bozzuto, the company's chairman, president and chief executive officer.
