The Organic Produce Network continues to grow its presence with the launch of its website, weekly e-newsletter and a new addition to its staff.

The companion OPN website,, designed for the entire organic produce community, includes helpful information and education related to organic fresh produce. The website includes an overview of what organic produce is, how it differs from conventional and relevant resources to learn more about organic fresh produce. Additional sections and information will be updated on an ongoing basis to maintain the site’s fresh, informative and vibrant feel.

OPN also added a new employee to its team. Jill Tebbe joined the company as the marketing and administrative assistant. She will be involved in all aspects of OPN’s marketing and communications programs. Tebbe has valuable social media, digital and email marketing experience that will be a major benefit to programs and activities OPN has in place. She joins Editor Patty Bennie-Foss and Sales Manager Dana Davis on the OPN staff.

Prior to joining OPN, Tebbe worked in marketing for the Monterey Bay Aquarium, Moxxy Marketing as well as the California Rodeo Salinas and the American Quarter Horse Association.

“We’re excited to have Jill on our team and look forward to utilizing her marketing experience to work together and grow the Organic Produce Network," Matt Seeley, chief executive officer of OPN, said in a press release.
