Kingston & Associates Marketing LLC announced that Nick Proia has joined the company and will fill the newly created position of vice president of business development. He will focus on developing new business, strengthening strategic relationships and expanding product lines and current distribution channels.

NickProiaNick ProiaPrior to joining Kingston, Mr. Proia held several key leadership roles, including regional positions with Adams Cos. in Little Rock, AR, and Memphis, TN; managing partner with T&T Produce in Nashville; vice president of client services for Pro*Act in Monterey, CA; and vice president of business development for Royal Foodservice in Atlanta.

"Kingston's reputation in the produce industry and its strong brand recognition for quality and service along with great people and vision were the key components of my decision to come on board," Mr. Proia said in a press release.
