There is an ever-increasing demand for specialties from Red Sun Farms, according to Carlos Visconti, chief operating officer. This includes the company's flavorful Monarch Pearls and brightly colored Chef's Collection.

This demand has allowed Red Sun to develop new innovative packaging concepts and sizes, including 1.5- and two-pound top-seal bowls. In addition to the company's new organic grape in a fiber pint top-seal.
