Produce industry raises more than $300k for City of Hope

Amy-and-Christine---1CERRITOS, CA — The annual Fresh Produce & Floral Council raffle luncheon benefiting the City of Hope drew a sell-out audience of produce professionals to the Sheraton Cerritos Hotel, here, Aug. 9. Through donations, programs and raffle tickets, the Produce & Floral Division of the Food Industries Circle raised more than $300,000 for the City of Hope, a world leader in the research and treatment of cancer and other serious diseases. 

During the luncheon, Brad Martin, Perimeter Sales & Merchandising, received the City of Hope Spirit Award recognizing his efforts in this cause.
