Howard Nager leaves Sun Pacific

Effective May 31, Howard Nager has left Sun Pacific, owner of the Cuties and Mighties brands, to pursue other business opportunities.Howard-Nager

Nager joined Sun Pacific as vice president of business development in November 2016. During his tenure at Sun Pacific, he had also handled the top marketing role for an interim period.

Nager has worked in a number of high-profile positions during his 36-year produce career. He held the top marketing roles at companies like Del Monte Fresh Produce, Sunsweet Growers, Maui Pineapple and Domex Superfresh Growers. Currently, he serves on the board of directors for the PMA Center for Growing Talent and has also served on both the PMA board, PMA retail board and was a past chairman of the Produce for Better Health Foundation.

“It is time that I move on to pursue other business opportunities,” said Nager. “I have thoroughly enjoyed working with the team at Sun Pacific and wish them great success. They have terrific brands and grow very good product.”
