Allegiance Retail Services’ Kelly Davis joins EPC’s executive team

The Eastern Produce Council has announced the addition of Kelly Davis, director of produce and floral for Allegiance Retail Services, to its executive board. Davis has taken on the role of first vice president.k-davis

Other members of the EPC’s executive team are Marianne Santo of Wakefern Food Corp., (president), George Moskal of GVM Consulting (second vice president), Mike Maxwell of Procacci Bros. (secretary), Rob Goldstein of GenPro Inc. (treasurer) and Susan McAleavey Sarlund (executive director).

Founded in 1966 in New York City, the Eastern Produce Council was originally known as the Produce Sales Club. The founding members recognized the need to form a group in order to collaborate and share common practices amongst the market trade of fresh produce.

With a current membership of over 450 members, today's Eastern Produce Council is a thriving produce organization whose members include retailers, wholesale distributors, growers, vendors/brokers, logistics and transportation professionals, as well as, commodity groups, food service and other associations.
