Sunwest Fruit Co. promotes two and hires one

SunWest Fruit Co., a leader in the California citrus and stone fruit industries, has promoted Gino DiBuduo to director of sales and John Senn to senior sales representative. Jared Murray has also joined SunWest’s sale’s team as a sales representative.

IMG 0015Jared MurrayDiBuduo joined the company in 2013 bringing with him vast experience in the citrus and stone fruit commodities. He has taken an active role in creating new partnerships with the retail trade in SunWest’s expanding growing operations. As director of sales, DiBuduo will hold additional responsibility within the department to help SunWest continue to expand its domestic retail base. In 1999, Senn joined the company coming from a retail buying background with SUPERVALU. After joining SunWest, Senn took an active role as a liaison between fruit production and sales enabling tremendous value through the vertical integration model SunWest possesses. Senn will continue to strengthen existing domestic partnerships while expanding export relationships.

Murray comes to SunWest Fruit Co. with 25 years of experience in the produce industry, having held positions ranging from warehouse manager to buying and sales. He will take an active role in expanding the growth of SunWest’s domestic retail base. Prior to SunWest, Murray has worked for Scattaglia Growers and Shippers, OK Produce, and Valley Produce.
