"Keith’s design work is phenomenal. But equally important are his unique and refreshing creative perspective and his enthusiasm for our distinctive culture," said Karen Nardozza, president and chief executive officer of Moxxy. "To consistently deliver the exceptional quality we’ve become known for, the norms at Moxxy are a fast pace, exacting standards and continually shifting priorities. It’s important everyone shares an unwavering commitment to ensuring our clients’ success. Keith has both the skills and the drive. He has already become a key team member."

Prior to relocating to Monterey County, CA, and joining Moxxy, Soergel was art director for a regional surfing magazine in his home state of Florida. Before that, he was a graphic designer for a local marketing agency.

"It’s wonderful getting to work in such a creative and collaborative environment, and Moxxy is really pushing me to grow as a graphic designer," said Soergel. "There is such a wide variety of projects to work on and never a dull moment. The additional knowledge I’m gaining about package design has been invaluable and it’s a skillset I’m really excited to put to use for our high-profile clients as well as smaller, local companies."

Born on Long Island in New York, Soergel moved with his family to Florida at the age of 3 and was raised in Satellite Beach. He earned a bachelor’s degree in graphic design from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton.

"Getting the opportunity to work so closely with the agriculture industry has been a great way to become connected to the new area I recently moved to," said Soergel. "I get to see firsthand the impact agriculture has not only on our local community, but on the entire planet. Whenever I’m at the store or a local farmer’s market, my perspective has completely shifted on the package design, the regulations, where the food is grown, and the focus on sustainability that the farmers have put into growing my produce. My goal in each project I work on is to contribute to creating that kind of eye-opening awareness in our clients’ target markets."
