McDill makes executive changes

McDill Associates has promoted Lisa Hansen to vice president and general manager, and it has added Michael Rosenberg as vice president of strategy. Hansen was formerly director of business development at McDill, while Rosenberg joins the company after serving as vice president of marketing for a number of Silicon Valley technology companies.

“We are very excited to have Lisa move into this new role at McDill,” Melissa McDill, agency founder, chief executive officer and creative director, said in a press release. “In her 15 years at the agency Lisa has proven time and again that she is more than capable of making sure our clients are well-served, and that our team is happy and productive. We are also excited to have Michael join our team as he adds a new dimension to our service offerings by providing McDill with greater depth in terms of helping our clients formulate marketing strategies.”

“We’ve got a great team at McDill, and I’m excited to have the opportunity to take on this new role,” Hansen said in the release. “My goals are to continue our agency’s focus on creative excellence, built on strategic thinking, and to continue to grow the agency working closely with Melissa, Michael and the rest of the McDill team.”

“I’ve partnered with McDill frequently over the course of my career, and have always been impressed by the quality of the agency’s work, and the commitment of the team,” Rosenberg said in the release. “I’m looking forward to working with Melissa, Lisa and the rest of the team to help our clients with sound strategic guidance and effective marketing support.”

The agency’s clients include Back to Nature, Snackwells, Duda Farm Fresh Foods, Naturipe Farms, New Star Fresh Foods, California Strawberry Commission, Monterey Mushrooms, Marroquin Organics, Santa Cruz Nutritionals, Hip Chick Farms and Katz Baking among others.
