Visitors to Village Farms LP booth, No. 221, at the Southeast Produce Council Southern Exposure Conference and Trade Show on March 9-11 in Orlando, FL, will find key executives on hand to share company information and to present its high-quality greenhouse produce line. This year’s show marks the fifth year the company has exhibited at the annual event.
Senior Vice President Chief Marketing Officer Doug Kling will be joined at the booth by President and Chief Executive Officer Michael A. DeGiglio; Senior Vice President of Sales and Sales Operations Bret Wiley; Director of Strategic Business and Sales Development Lyra Vance; and Assistant Regional Sales Manager Krysten DeGiglio.
“We will be featuring our authentic Heavenly Villagio Marzano tomatoes and our unique True Rebel Mix tomatoes,” said Kling.
“Both items have experienced exceptional growth over the past two years. We will also be featuring some new items, along with the entire line of premium Village Farms greenhouse grown products.”
Kling said Village Farms feels that Southern Exposure has significant benefits to exhibitors and visitors alike. This year the company is a bronze sponsor of the Opening Gala Party on Friday, March 10 at 7 p.m.
The show enables us to showcase our new items as well as our full line of products,” noted Kling.
“Our mission is to provide the safest, most sustainable and premium quality hydroponic products in the market, and this event allows us to demonstrate that to visitors,” he added.
King said that Southern Exposure also provides great networking benefits between industry leaders, enabling them to discuss events and initiatives that will build and enhance the industry in very challenging times.
Village Farms’ team also takes advantage of the extracurricular events, including the Gala and speaker-focused events.
“Village Farms continues to trial new non-GMO varieties based on exceptional flavor profiles and strong health benefits,” Kling pointed out.
