Maggie Giuffrida was born in Demarest, NJ, but spent the majority of her life growing up in Sierra Vista, AZ. Maggie attended The University of Arizona, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in journalism. After graduating in December of 2010, Maggie headed back to the East Coast for a summer internship at TWIST magazine.
Before joining The Produce News, Maggie worked as an assistant features editor at Savvy magazine, as a business apprentice at the Arizona Daily Star and most recently as an online editor at Bauer Publishing in Englewood Cliffs, NJ.
In her free time, Maggie enjoys reading, writing, exploring her new surroundings, practicing yoga and attempting to cook!
